Facilitate, monitor, and drive timelines regarding all medical communication projects. |

Collaborate with client, and MedBio Publications medical writers/editors, Biostatisticians, Software Developers, or other Staff/Consultants on an ongoing basis. |
 |
Provide weekly project management updates to all clients and medical communications team/senior management. |
 |
Manage and facilitate development of written medical publications and communications plans. |
 |
Maintain project tracking tools to inform senior management of project status, progression, critical success factors and risk factors in the ongoing and planned medical communication projects, including reports and trackers. |
 |
Provide critical support to key functional areas within the medical communications milieu. |
 |
Responsible for development of project timelines of assigned projects with a strong focus on evidence-based quality and objectivity. |
 |
Facilitate client and team meetings: Define meeting agendas in collaboration with Writers, Editors, Biostatisticians, Clients, and other appropriate parties; identify action items and assure execution in collaboration with medical the communication team and client; manage deliverables across functional areas. |

Manage all aspects of medical publishing for clients including: |

Develop additional projects for existing and future clients in collaboration with senior management. |
